Markers Of Quality
The leather industry has its markers of quality. Depending on the end-user a wide spectrum of tests based on visual, physical, and chemical techniques are carried out according to international standards such as BS EN ISO. Regular inspection of intermediate products is also carried out to maintain the quality of the end product.

Our tannery provides a steady supply of quality leather due to modern processes and machinery at the tannery. Which also enables our high productivity, drive cost efficiencies, conserve energy and water, and minimize negative environmental impact. Complete control over each stage of production and stringent checks ensure that our products are of top quality.

International Standards
Quality inspection of finished products is undertaken batch-wise. As per international norms, all our products REACH compliant. Each finished leather is screened by the in-house leather quality control team before making it available to our customers. As a result, Ayaz Tanners leverages years of combined engineering, customer service, construction, and installation experience.

Research and Development form the core of progress and evolution in any industry. At ‘Ayaz Tanners’ continuous Development and Research practices have seen it evolve as a tannery with diverse product offerings to yet broader customer base meeting their varied demands.
Not just R&D technological innovation, up-gradation of manufacturing technologies, quality practices, etc. form the remaining core pillars to achieve the overarching R&D discipline objective. Together, all these practices fulfill the purpose of R&D and “Ayaz Tanners” objective to remain contextual and contemporary vis-à-vis qualitative products, better value for money to the end consumers both, domestic as well as international.
Development Head
Our product development team is headed by Mohammad Amaaz, is a graduate from the University of Northampton and holds a B.sc Leather Technology (Hons) degree and frequently visits international events and fairs to have to get a hands-on feel of the products in the market and being offered concurrently simultaneously keeping abreast with regional and global market trends in the leather industry. All samples developed are tested in captive Laboratories of Bureau VERITAS according to BS EN ISO standards to evolve better products.
